1. Finally payway deleted my account and i don't know where they took my money which was still on the account.In case of any payway wallet disenabling due to a top up error, it is hard to retrieve your payway wallet for any other transactions.

2. This money i don't know where they took it because they never returned it to me.Not good, their customer care is slow and not instant in times of help and when you want to a certain some payment issues since there is still some loop hole in payments.

4. Check PayWay Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PayWay Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PayWay Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PayWay Wallet then reinstall.

2. Fix PayWay Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PayWay Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PayWay Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PayWay Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
