Even when you call them you get absolutely nowhere because their phone service sucks just as bad.this app is horrible, it doesn't have options to disable or enable the automatic debit on the credit card, every week it makes a discount of values that I don't even use, it simply makes a discount from my bank account! an application that should help control your spending ends up making you spend more!Meh...biometric login no longer works.

The developer incorrectly references a nonexistent version 1.1 but the fact remains that the app is slow and sluggish.It does the job but it has some issues or restrictions that customers can't deal with, the "auto replenishment" threshold keeps increasing and there is no option for stopping or decreasing it, I talked to customer service and they fix it and told me that it was a "one time courtesy" so if it goes up again they can't do nothing.

3. From auto pay charging you more and not having the options to change it, to not being able to turn off auto pay, and not being allowed to remove your own credit cards from their system.

4. Ez pass sucksDysfunctional as hell, can't add card, PayPal, or Google pay to pay for my account... but by all means, keep charging my pass.Just the worst.

8. The app actually prevents you from pasting the password into the field, which is a brilliant idea if you want people to have simple, easy to crack passwords.

9. All because the state of NJ made a law that they can't charge the 50 dollar administration fee.

10. Everything else works fine so far.Everything about this business sucks the app isn't even the problem it's just them in general.

11. By the way the auto payment can't be turn off anymore.

1. Fix NJ E-ZPass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NJ E-ZPass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NJ E-ZPass App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NJ E-ZPass" » Open NJ E-ZPass » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NJ E-ZPass » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NJ E-ZPass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NJ E-ZPass servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NJ E-ZPass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NJ E-ZPass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NJ E-ZPass might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NJ E-ZPass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NJ E-ZPass then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NJ E-ZPass not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NJ E-ZPass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NJ E-ZPass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NJ E-ZPass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
