If it wasn't to help the customer, Allstate would no longer be welcome in my shop.App doesn't work correctly said was waiting in queue in reality I was already connected and the rep could hear and see me which on a video app not knowing if you connected and that people can hear and see you is very sketchy in this day.

2. If they plan on using the shop to do their job (the insurance adjusters), they need to work with the shop, for example: sending assignments through CCC One portal would be a good start rather than us estimators fighting an app and hacked up supplements.

3. Tried a few more times and it kept spinning and asking me to do a call back! Same thing today! This app is trash! And why do I have to virtually speak to someone to inspect the damage on my vehicle instead of them coming to do their own job! I'm beyond frustrated right now.What a complete waste of time and effort to save Allstate money.

1. Fix Virtual Assist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Virtual Assist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Virtual Assist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Virtual Assist" » Open Virtual Assist » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Virtual Assist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Virtual Assist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Virtual Assist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Virtual Assist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Virtual Assist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Virtual Assist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Virtual Assist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Virtual Assist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Virtual Assist not working

2. Fix Virtual Assist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Virtual Assist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Virtual Assist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Virtual Assist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
