1. And yes, I always have the newest update on my phone and the app.The mobile app is so easy to navigate! The app is aimed to let people feel confident, no matter what their computer or phone experience is! Adding payments are more simple than ever! Also, adding a credit card or bank account is incredibly easy to complete.
2. If I don't do that, it will track other events as driving.(Update in 2023; the app is not much better than 3 years ago and drivewise doesn't function.) This app is almost unusable.
3. I drive nearly EVERY DAY, and I get the notifications that "Drivewise is logging a trip." When I logged into the app, there are no trips noted since May 23.
4. Any time I end a lengthy trip, it does not save the trip, but it has no problem detecting short distance trips (around town).
5. As soon as I closed out of the app, drivewise turned itself back on and was "checking for a trip" with every wave that rocked the boat while we were anchored and fishing in the middle of the lake.
6. I wasn't doing any driving while on vacation and was out on the boat so I wanted to disable drivewise and chose to disable auto restart since I was on vacation for more than 1 day.
7. Other mobile app features such as looking at policy, payments, claims are fine and convenient. The app is fine until you want to disable it for purposes like vacation.
8. Drivewise has been unable to detect and record long distance trips.
9. The drive wise thing logs all sorts of trips (walking, biking, taking a train, ...) as if I'm driving.
10. Now when I log in to check Drivewise and select the dashboard, when I touch the next screen it instantaneously crashes and closes, and then locks my touchscreen for at least 5 seconds.
11. As for the canned response: 1) I don't see a "Standby mode" 2) You still need to log in to "end trip" and if I "end trip" while on a tram, a new trip starts up.What was once a decent app has now become almost unusable.
I made a claim against an Allstate policy holder. I then went to view the claim via the link and accidentally made an Allstate account as a customer instead of a guest account and now I can't access my claim. How do I delete my Allstate account I created today so I can make a guest one as a non customer and view my claim? The email I registered it under was ashleylinn365@redacted
