1. The CRM part is pretty cool, but I really wish they had just partnered w/AMI on that, as AMI offers so much more functionality & this app does not allow me to do many of my important tasks.Crashes constantly, disorganized and difficult to find ANYTHING I need.

2. Editing to say that I'm reinstalling this app yet again...one month later.I love having everything at the touch of an icon, but on my Android, the app is very unstable.

3. Anytime I access my VO on my Surface Pro, I need to uninstall on my Andriod and reinstall.

1. Fix Perfectly Posh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Perfectly Posh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Perfectly Posh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Perfectly Posh" » Open Perfectly Posh - Virtual Offic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Perfectly Posh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Perfectly Posh - Virtual Offic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Perfectly Posh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perfectly Posh - Virtual Offic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Perfectly Posh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Perfectly Posh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Perfectly Posh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Perfectly Posh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Perfectly Posh not working

2. Fix Perfectly Posh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Perfectly Posh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Perfectly Posh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Perfectly Posh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
