1. And the same loop starts.Worst app I have ever used ... not able to do any transaction since downloading of this app.. So much technical glitches I am facing... Called to contact centre they even don't know solution citing reasons for updation of this application since last month.... Do you require one month to update the app... Rating should be in Minus..Still problem not resolved..No one to read .... 😱 OMGWhen I try to open app from payment request notification, after logging in, it auto closes the app.

2. (2) Every time fails to retrieve balance from its own bank! On pressing 'check balance' for my Axis bank account, the message is oops, something went wrong.

3. It starts fine but whenever I check balance or approve mandate or try to pay, it hangs and next time I open the app, the registration process starts.

4. But why I have to select the bank option for each transaction? Why this App does not have default bank option? Why am I forced to go through this step of selecting bank? Plz let me know whether you guys have made any arrangement for eliminating this step.

5. Every time (even if I re-launch app immediately after closing it) this app takes me through language selection & mobile number verification despite successful verification each time.

1. Fix BHIM Axis Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BHIM Axis Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BHIM Axis Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BHIM Axis Pay" » Open BHIM Axis Pay:UPI,Online Recha » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BHIM Axis Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BHIM Axis Pay:UPI,Online Recha app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BHIM Axis Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BHIM Axis Pay:UPI,Online Recha" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BHIM Axis Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BHIM Axis Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BHIM Axis Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BHIM Axis Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BHIM Axis Pay not working

2. Fix BHIM Axis Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BHIM Axis Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BHIM Axis Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BHIM Axis Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
