1. And the same loop starts.Worst app I have ever used ... not able to do any transaction since downloading of this app.. So much technical glitches I am facing... Called to contact centre they even don't know solution citing reasons for updation of this application since last month.... Do you require one month to update the app... Rating should be in Minus..Still problem not resolved..No one to read .... 😱 OMGWhen I try to open app from payment request notification, after logging in, it auto closes the app.
2. (2) Every time fails to retrieve balance from its own bank! On pressing 'check balance' for my Axis bank account, the message is oops, something went wrong.
3. It starts fine but whenever I check balance or approve mandate or try to pay, it hangs and next time I open the app, the registration process starts.
4. But why I have to select the bank option for each transaction? Why this App does not have default bank option? Why am I forced to go through this step of selecting bank? Plz let me know whether you guys have made any arrangement for eliminating this step.
5. Every time (even if I re-launch app immediately after closing it) this app takes me through language selection & mobile number verification despite successful verification each time.
