Why should I report an Issue with Maxivu - Maximizing Credit Card Rewards?

5. The idea is great, and I like the consolidation of cards so you can see rewards easily, but what's the point when the app won't perform half of its functionality?Useful app in checking currently reward categories of my credit cards.

6. However, some information is out of date (ie: some cards listed as Visa but not as MasterCard when there is a MasterCard), and more importantly, there not a setting to input selected categories for cards that let you choose your own categories; the app just counts those as 1%.

11. I have had issues by which the app would not start unless the location service was not enabled, and later the app stop working completely, and continuously asked to enable location services, even when they were already enable.

1. Fix Maxivu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maxivu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maxivu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maxivu" » Open Maxivu - Maximizing Credit Card Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maxivu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maxivu - Maximizing Credit Card Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maxivu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maxivu - Maximizing Credit Card Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maxivu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maxivu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maxivu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maxivu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maxivu not working

2. Fix Maxivu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maxivu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maxivu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maxivu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
