1. Fire your developers and hire competent programmers to fix this rubbish 🙄Very poor user experience, poor interface, the app freezes out, takes forever to load a page (other bank transfers), it's often difficult to complete a simple transaction.

2. What a waste of time.It's totally wrong GT Bank, why will you remove fingerprints in the App, instead of adding more factors authentication to it, also the splash screen isn't user friendly at all,we customer needs to enjoy this app, note that.

3. Can't find saved beneficiaries account numbers, can't transfer to a different bank account, asking for unknown secret question, app won't even load 9/10 when you need it most.

4. When I input all fields(pin, last 6 digits of atm card, transaction pin & card expiry) it returns an error that user ID field can not be empty yet there's no such thing on d screen.

5. It doesn't leave the password request screen.I've used this app for years without issue, but in the past year this app has become a complete mess! Being able to make transfers is hit-or-miss.

6. You can only complete your transactions with the hardware token." The app is also not available on Play Store when I search or when I go directly under "Guaranty Trust Bank".

7. I hope I could give less than 1 star.Can't view my transaction history details on the GTWorld app 1.10.1 version.

8. You input your password and it doesn't load (Not a network problem as I also use other apps).

9. What's the meaning of all this,the old version is better than this one,what's the meaning of secrets answer and token in transaction process? I don't like all this.Lots of bugs.

10. My gtworld app stopped working for reason I don't understand and I was forced to download this app by the bank.

11. And because I've not gotten a new GTB ATM card, I can't sign into GTWorld app to try that one.Thanks for reverting the update.

1. Fix GTBank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GTBank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GTBank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GTBank" » Open GTBank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GTBank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GTBank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GTBank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GTBank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GTBank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GTBank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GTBank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GTBank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GTBank not working

2. Fix GTBank Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GTBank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GTBank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GTBank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
