1. Using a paid yearly subscription.Decided to get into a bit of crypto trading about a month ago, so I went on YouTube to find out abit more info about it all, in the end I was drawn to tradesanta as a few sites said it was a good easy to understand website and app, anyway been using it about a month, both app and website and I can tell you it is brilliant, easy to understand, you can get yourself trading in no time, I was a bit green at first, especially sorting the exchange out but, yeh, brilliant piece of kit.

2. Thank you developers!!Been using this app for the last 5 days been really good very similar to 3commas but a little more simple, the only thing I've found is the app doesn't match up with the website when logged in.

3. 😊👌no ability to edit bots, create new bots has no martingale formula, disabling bots doesn't have option to sell open position.

I'd like to see new coins added to the bot list, when introduced in the exchange... but there appears to be a substantial lag before they become available.I really like the service but there are some important problems with the app.the dashboard always displays that my total profit is 0, which is not true.

1. Fix TradeSanta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TradeSanta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TradeSanta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TradeSanta" » Open TradeSanta: Crypto Trading Bot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TradeSanta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TradeSanta: Crypto Trading Bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TradeSanta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TradeSanta: Crypto Trading Bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TradeSanta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TradeSanta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TradeSanta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TradeSanta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TradeSanta not working

2. Fix TradeSanta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TradeSanta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TradeSanta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TradeSanta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
