1. I a simple feature like that doesn't work, then the app is completely uselessIt's so close to being a really great app, but quite often, particularly recently, the account balance stops updating, and it isn't caused by the exchange API since my other portfolio apps update just fine.

2. Current issue which makes your app unusable!! The trading screens, manual,not and home all crash and just load and load but never finish! This also kills the settings so I can't log out to restart the app! The portfolio screens are the only screens unaffected.

3. It's text is always black and has same color with my phone's dark mode, so I really can't see the text 🙈 One more thing is the Trading History is ordered from older to latest, and I have to scroll hundreds before I can see my latest order, so inconvenient.I use this App to setup price alerts.

4. No more manual entry (this was extremely useful, since you could create artificial portfolios and compare them to see how each reacted with the market), no more cake charts to see your portfolio, no more profit pero coin shown... A complete disaster.

5. however, the portfolio page doesn't update when I move funds to a different coin unless I force-stop the app, which is very disturbing.

6. 1 quarter and 1 year view doesn't work!! They used to work 6 months ago, now the app is getting worse with every update.

7. PLEASE REVERT THE UPDATE!Historical price data on manually entered transactions is sometimes entirely incorrect (sometimes off by a factor of 10-100) resulting in an unusable histogram.

8. profit/loss today doesn't work, overall 24h portfolio change doesn't work.

9. Also, the trading page loads very slowly... These are the main two things keeping me from sharing this app with others... There's also two other little issues: 1, The last candlestick is on the very edge so it's hard to see and makes imagining future prices difficult.

10. And the other issue doesn't fit here :)Great app, been using it for a few years already.

11. Also p/l today and life time profits that are nextt to the coins doesn't really work as it should.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BitUniverse Issues

1. Fix BitUniverse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BitUniverse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BitUniverse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BitUniverse" » Open BitUniverse:Crypto Trading Bot » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BitUniverse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BitUniverse:Crypto Trading Bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BitUniverse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BitUniverse:Crypto Trading Bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BitUniverse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BitUniverse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BitUniverse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BitUniverse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BitUniverse not working


2. Fix BitUniverse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BitUniverse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BitUniverse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BitUniverse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have attempted to use bituniverse to login to my mobile pionex account it will permit me. It keeps looping to intelligent verification. I input the number and it goes back into loop mode. I do not know what to do. I would like to have the mobile app working is there anything that can be done. I do not wish to cancel. Please give me another alternative.
