1. Really feel like I got ripped off and the premium services should have been bundled or explained better.i got the stock and the options alert... For some reason my subscriptions were never a full month...sometimes it would say I didn't have the subscription when I obviously did... The first time I had an issue, the saga mill team responded pretty quickly, I will say, but it was a easy fix..a misunderstanding (I purchased the STOCK ONLY alerts thinking I was just paying for an all access trial... Click "stock", they said...but not so much after that.

3. Just upgraded to the latest version available as of July 6, 2021 and now I have none of the paid features.I'm currently subscribed to a screener and alert portion, yet I have no option on the app to unsubscribe.

1. Fix Stock Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stock Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stock Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stock Scanner" » Open Stock Scanner - Market Mover » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stock Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stock Scanner - Market Mover app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stock Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stock Scanner - Market Mover" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stock Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stock Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stock Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stock Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stock Scanner not working

2. Fix Stock Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stock Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stock Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stock Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
