Multimine Customer Insights

1. Also, if you think you can mine, while your phone is on standby, and by that I don't even mean closing the app, but just pushing the power button so the screen turns dark (but the phone's still on), you are terribly wrong!I tried to withdraw money on Friday, it is now Wednesday and nothing and they won't answer my emails.

2. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS APP!!!!Your app keeps shutting itself off and reversing the mining process, 2000 sat was just removed from my mining, I watched it with my own eyes.

3. Hard to tell if it's really legit if I can never get to enough to withdraw.So. It's nice seeing numbers run at the toppa ya screen, but I been waiting for my “pending” request to be completed for about 14 days now.

4. The app says to stop the mining to save your progress but how can you do that while sleeping if the app is running threw the night and when you get up to check it, it won't let you stop it before it reverses automatically.

5. It's waste of data,time and money.

6. I used this app, both the free version and paid $38 for supposed faster mining, but after using both and cashing out on both I have not received anything.

7. If I stick it out long enough to be able to request a withdraw, and receive it... I will come back and improve the 3 star rating.

8. I have tried to contact Support, and opened a trouble ticker through, there dashboard, and never got a response back.

9. This app does work overall and I am earning money but does have some bugs.

10. Sometimes it stops mining and I have to manually restart and when I upgraded it didn't take effect until I emailed them about it.

11. We'll see what happens.Seems like it might be legit, but noticed that it doesn't seem to run in the background (i.e., if I close the app).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Multimine Issues

1. Fix Multimine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Multimine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Multimine App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Multimine" » Open Multimine - BTC Cloud Mining » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Multimine » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Multimine - BTC Cloud Mining app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Multimine servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Multimine - BTC Cloud Mining" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Multimine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Multimine might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Multimine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Multimine then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Multimine not working


2. Fix Multimine Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Multimine be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Multimine not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Multimine may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I invested in Multimine BTC Cloud mining on November 2021 and my first withdrawal on 27th of November 2021 at 22:13:35.
    All my withdrawal are still pending up till now. I have not received a single penny from them. After many mails sent them by my they stopped replying to me my mail. I have been trying to get help since all this while but to no avail until I made a thorough search on what to do in order to lay down my complaint. Thanks to AppContacter. I have the screen shot and video of all the pending withdrawal since November 2021.
    As of 6th of April 2022 27:57:40 all the total of my pending withdrawal are 0.13313380 BTC and I have not added the 0.026 BTC still mining since April the 6th 2022 at 12:57:42.
    Please help me to contact them so as to release all my pending withdrawal.
