Hi there I’m a new Hashshiny customer and I have yet to receive any of my payouts. I updated my bitcoin wallet and confirm through the email Hashshiny sends to confirm. Yet I still have not received any of my three payouts? What’s going on where are my payments being deposited into because I check my coinbase wallet everyday all day and nothing please get back to me I want a refund or my bitcoins dose not matter which one but one or the other.
I see that whenever a payout is done a 50% maintenance fee is done, hence a USD213 for a free 5 ths mining would be 106.5, even with a 1.5 compounding reinvestment , it would compound to 2.3 million in 25 years, your maintenance will be lower than what is mined?

I am trying to get my withdrawal done and it has been processing for a month now.
hello my name is John Perez and I’ve been a loyal paying customer since 8/2020 and all my problems started after I was able to get my first round of withdraw of my BTC 2 year contract on 2/18/2021 of 0.00588322 BTC and everything worked just perfect my money after about 48hrs was transferred and deposited to my BTC wallet and it was a huge blessing because it helped get me, my, Mother,and younger brother into an apartment and out of our homeless tent that we where stuck in for several months. Then came time for me to have enough ETH and ZEC to be able to get my first withdraws on those contracts and after several days had passed I sent a friendly ticket asking why it taking so long to get my withdraws paid out on? Then I received a response pretty much telling me I forgot to reply to the withdraws in my email to verify my withdraws, so I went and found the emails and verified both of them and the pending status changed from pending to processing so I thought everything was going to be just fine like my first withdraw was but another week passed and my withdraws never got sent out to me. So I sent in another ticket on 5/24/2021 asking why my withdraws had not gone through yet and 2 weeks had gone bye since I confirmed them via email and I then got a response back stating that you guys for some reason needed verification of my payment made to you guy so I sent you guys back all the information you asked me to and I still did not get my withdraws so I sent several more tickets trying to get a response for several months and I have screenshots of just about every interaction I made with you guys for some reason some thing in me told me to keep screenshot records of every transaction between us and thankfully I did so I have proof of anything you have a question on.
