1. Looks like Scam to meThis is an amazing bitcoin wallet that I have been using for sometime now and it's ability to send and receive bitcoin in a very fashionable and encrypted way is very amazing.

2. This is straight up IDENTITY THEFT! Simplex are as dodgy as hell IMO - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'll be contacting the police ASAP, whatever that's worth.This once was a great app with great support but now support is non-existent! It has been two weeks and four requests with not even a auto-reply.

3. I have all my recover data but the recover page they give you has bugs and the help page is blocked by Cloud Fire!I have an account and have a games that automaticly pays to my wallet.

1. Fix BTC.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTC.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTC.com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTC.com" » Open BTC.com - Bitcoin Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTC.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTC.com - Bitcoin Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTC.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTC.com - Bitcoin Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTC.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTC.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTC.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTC.com then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTC.com not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTC.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
