1. The app opens fine just once, but any time you open the app again after that it immediately crashes within half and second.
2. This is frustrating, and disheartening.Terrible app! I logged in and it wasn't even functioning! It literally told me to go to the website instead, and the link it gave was broken & leads to a blank page.
3. I did reach out to support and got a response saying the problem sounds be fixed but it still doesn't work.If I can actually get into the app, it is fine.
4. It's frustrating enough that I will likely not even use the card any more just so when its paid up I can be done with it.Useless. You're better off just using their website to manage your account.
5. It's very frustrating.Some apps that financial companies use for payment, and servicing are subpar and confusing, however, MySynchrony is not only very user friendly and easy to use, it's quite esthetically pleasing also.
6. So sad as you are stuck using the web version.Literally refuses to open on my phone.
7. Even when I'm not teying to use it, i keep getting a notification on my phone saying that it isn't workong.
8. On a fresh restart of the phone, if you time it just right, it might load.
9. That's the problem though, the app crashes virtually every single time it's opened.
10. Can't pay my bill (which is the only reason the app even exists), and the website on a desktop computer isn't much better with similar problems.
11. To the extent that I cannot tt pay my bill and must remember to check back later to pay it before the due date.
