1. A few questions: 1) How to share the scaned info between two or more devices? 2) Does it have import feature? 3) What is total number of items can be stored? A few suggstions: 1) Addional field for comments or notes 2) Configurable settings to add more fields (colume in csv file) 3) Online seach scaned items Great work and thanks... Would be 5 stars once it can sync across devices.Best barcode scanner ever, all angle, all rotate, all distance Maybe can i request this best scanner ( i have tried many apk, this is the best in sensitivity category to recognice barcode) for further purpose, eg sales transaction?Galaxy S5 barcode scanner won't focus, though does in several other scanners.

3. Some names just keep getting rejected and I don't even put special symbols in the names.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Store-Keeper Issues

1. Fix Store-Keeper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Store-Keeper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Store-Keeper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Store-Keeper" » Open Store-Keeper : barcode scanner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Store-Keeper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Store-Keeper : barcode scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Store-Keeper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Store-Keeper : barcode scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Store-Keeper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Store-Keeper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Store-Keeper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Store-Keeper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Store-Keeper not working


2. Fix Store-Keeper Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Store-Keeper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Store-Keeper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Store-Keeper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
