1. instead, it just freezes.Where's My Info??! Contact info was on my account for online transfers and now the info is gone! When I called the customer servicw line, was told "this is for customer service, not technical issues." When I asked to be transferred to someone for technical issues, informed "we don't do that".
2. Your business deals with people's money and you can't help them with or connect to someone who can assist in technical app or website issues established by your business? Hmmm.....I can do everything I want to do on the website.
3. Theres supposed to be multiple pop-ups that are supposed to hide your balance until you agree to their nonsense, or simply close them, but it doesn't work like that anymore.
4. I want to use the app to deposit my check but cant so I have to go to the pay advance store where they charge you a fee....not goodI have not been able to load a check.
5. Everytime I try to take a pic of the check it just goes to a blank black screen then goes back to the previous screen.
6. Worked great in the past, but now there's so many pop-ups when you log in, you have 95% chance that it will freeze before you can check your balance.
7. I really wanted to use the mobile check upload, and it doesn't work.
8. Payback rewards are not working, just says "trying to figure how you use your card"?? 😲🙄 Please update.
9. Once logging in it says something went wrong at this time and are forced to close it.
10. It doesn't let you log in and always says that your username is wrong or your password is wrong.
