1. I would give it one star for this, but there have been times it worked so I gave it 2 starsit's definitely getting better! For some reason when I try to deposit a check the picture goes blurry and says it cannot read the check even when my hands are steady the lighting is good.

2. QNB's password requirements are horrible outdated, with a maximum length of 15 characters, and you're required to change it far too often against modern security standards.I use it for everything, depositing checks, autopay, transfers, pay-a-person.

3. Very frustrating to have a clear and perfect picture of the check only for them to tell me the amount doesn't match what I put in or that since you tried to deposit it a few times without them accepting it , there is an error and they can't deposit it.

4. Kind of need this info to sign up for direct deposit and other things.

5. It's very sensitive and it is hit or miss whether it will actually like the check you are trying to deposit.

6. It just hangs when you need to change your password instead of giving you any information.

7. It is horrible! Fix the problem! I am sitting right in front of my router for WiFi and the app still does not load up.

8. I don't want to have to go the bank every time I have to make a deposit.

9. Research has shown that security is actually reduced by having to constantly update passwords.

10. I work in support for another company with a mobile banking app, so I know what kind of issues can happen.
