1. For whatever reason, logging in through the app for the first time of the day comes up with an incorrect password error.Excellent! Sometimes I can't connect, but it gets points for being *so* polite, "Your internet connection is slow, but we're going to keep trying.... still trying..." 😄 Can transfer money with ease, a definite plus.

2. I will click on the (0.00) to try and change the amount but the keypad won't pop up most of the time, very seldom does it allow me to input the numbers but this needs to be fixed I am tired of all these overdraft fees I cant do anything to preventApp is bad.

3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the camera takes the pictures of your check too dark, stretched and distorted almost sideways which makes it incredibly difficult to get the app to accept the check.

4. I highly recommend Rockland Trust for all your banking.When depositing a check, the image is blurry, every time and gets rejected.

5. Now, it's 99% NOT due my internet connection , it's a rather inconvenient.Usually works well but for the past month or so it often refuses to allow me to type in the amount when transferring funds.

6. It's been a while RT needs to get it together, if I cant use tha app, I'll put my money into another bank! Ridiculous!It's a good app, it works.

8. I had to call customer support one morning, after which point it worked, and this morning I had to log in through the browser, at which point the app finally started working again.

9. But, for staying on track and working with all account access, and making tranactions its Fantastic.

1. Fix Rockland Trust Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rockland Trust: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rockland Trust App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rockland Trust" » Open Rockland Trust Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rockland Trust » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rockland Trust Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rockland Trust servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rockland Trust Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rockland Trust app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rockland Trust might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rockland Trust. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rockland Trust then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rockland Trust not working

2. Fix Rockland Trust Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rockland Trust be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rockland Trust not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rockland Trust may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
