My Chase app works fantastically.Every month or so it logs me out and makes me readd sign in information it also wont change the personal phone number since ive switched phones ive done it 6 times and still ask for my old number when trying to resign in not only that but i had to uninstall and reinstall the app many times cause it would not even load and kept giving me an error message and the app will constantly make you reset the quick access pin option as wellI constantly have to delete this app and re-install it every week.

2. I end up having to keep changing my password on a laptop or desktop because the app seems to always not recognize the password, even after it has set up with my finger print authentication.

3. Tried to use the online feature to reset my password and it responded that I have to call a 1-866 phone number.

4. Pointless app that had just gotten worse.Used to be nice, but for a while now it does not save your username and password often, causing you to constantly get codes from text and go through a bunch of steps just to get back in.

5. I've had to "verify" myself up to three times in one day, unbelievable.Thumb print function stopped working for some unknown reason.

6. I constantky having to reset my password etc... I rarely use it because of the issues.

7. HOWEVER, WHEN it works its decent!All of a sudden opens to a solid white page with no options.

8. Totally frustrating and time consuming when all I want to do is check transactions and balance.I constantly have to reinstall this app.

9. Thumb print login never works.

10. :(Every couple of days I get an "Authentication Required" message.

11. It works for 4-5 days and then blank screen.
