Why should I report an Issue with BTC Miner - Bitcoin Mining app?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Well I don't know what to say of hexa network (is it just a problem on the app itself or is it a scam like 90% of the other apps on play store)This app is not good for mining, i reached 306 satoshi's and after a while I see that instead of increasing, its decreased to 296, this never happened before, so I am going to keep it for testing purposes, but I do not recommend it to anyone.Dont waste time and space this app is a full spammer of adds, you close one and two more opens and if you reach some amount of mined coins, out of nowhere in less than a sec you loose some percent of it.Crashes, Refuses to let you enter most of the time, basically one big adware and has impossible goals to ever withdraw.Same layout as bicrypto and that app didn't pay.

If the payout is legit then I will change it to 5 stars.I'll give it a three star since there are too many glitches and errors, The 1st one is it keeps saying It got caught in a maintenance after i scratch a card and got 42 satoshi and the Wheel too, the 2nd one is the ads keeps popping up out of no where.. Please fix it.I'm not at all able to use this app 'cause it always popsup with error stating that "We have too much requests on the app right now.

3. So this is a low quality garbage appI have been playing this BTC Miner for a week now and it tells me now I must update to continue playing, when I go to the play store I found no update on it.

4. They say they will and they answer your questions up to a certain point in time when they cash out all their holdings burn out and you never hear from them again.

5. It was testing purpose and the app failed.Great app you can make money but the only drawback is you have to turn it back on after 4 hours.

6. I reported this issue to developer on email and he is telling that issue is resolved but again, again and again the same issue persist.

7. When I open the application, the first opening page that I see is ads not as the main page as I expected.

8. The whole interface of the app full of ads makes me uncomfortable using it.

9. Will be down right shocked and amazed if this app isn't like all the other non paying apps.

10. If this app is different I will eat my shorts if proven wrong.Can't even finish the signup stage.

1. Fix BTC Miner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTC Miner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTC Miner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTC Miner" » Open BTC Miner - Bitcoin Mining app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTC Miner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTC Miner - Bitcoin Mining app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTC Miner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTC Miner - Bitcoin Mining app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTC Miner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTC Miner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTC Miner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTC Miner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTC Miner not working

2. Fix BTC Miner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTC Miner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTC Miner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTC Miner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
