1. This is my first time with this app and bank and its driving me crazy.I really love this bank because the employees that works there r really good to me and their right on top of everything, even when my checking account was being hacked into from someone that said they were from cashapp support.
2. The next day it might accept it.I can't use finger print to sigh in my account on my Motorola CellPhone not good at ALL, and the mobile app won't show in different color when i have a REFUND on my account it use to and their is no 24 hr customer service phone number .
3. Including but not limited to: The password somehow seems to get out of sync with my password in the app and my password on the bank website, UI is clunky, and trying to reset my password seemed like and endless loop which eventually required me to call the Support dept such is always fun.
4. Invest some money and please build app that's easy to use like Chase.I like transfering funds easily, Zelle is nice, as the funds go directly into the bank acct of the person receiving the funds, not a separate acct, such as Venmo.
5. Sorting by interest gained, Financial goal setting for the month, Total spent per week listing, Tax friendly sorting, just a few things that would personally help me in life.
6. If I have selected to continue using my password the app should not keep changing my selection every time I use.
7. The app doesnt succeed or fail anywhere, its just average.Very difficult to use compared to Chase and other bank apps.
8. I'm really frustrated with this app!It does not recognize my phone # when I am trying to get a code.
9. Newest update automatically turns on fingerprint login every time I login.
10. It never wants to recognize my phone number after trying all day.
11. Ive been using this app for 3-4 years now since I opened an account in Wheaton.
