Office informed me that I'd to call every time to make bank transfer otherwise system itself disables this feature.It's just useless app.onli 25k 1 day I deposited money through kiosk and tried to transfer that money to my bank account but this app let to do so then I had to make a call to main office.

So, please research service provided by other apps and update your accordingly.Do not receive any remittance from this apps, bank transfer facilities not work at all worst apps ..Always fingerprint is not working i hate this app when i tried to use but it doesnt work so irratingWhat a ridiculous and incomplete app.

1. Fix PrabhuPAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrabhuPAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrabhuPAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrabhuPAY" » Open PrabhuPAY - Mobile Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrabhuPAY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PrabhuPAY - Mobile Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PrabhuPAY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PrabhuPAY - Mobile Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PrabhuPAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PrabhuPAY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PrabhuPAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PrabhuPAY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PrabhuPAY not working

2. Fix PrabhuPAY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PrabhuPAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PrabhuPAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PrabhuPAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
