1. When I try to view my bank account balance it just says "this service is currently unavailable." I've been waiting for an update for 6 months to fix these issues.
2. After logging in, it'll stop responding and force close, tell me the service is unavailable after trying to open my checking account activity (and then log me out), or after I select my balance the app freezes and force closes.
3. Super frustrating.it seems like everyone has been having this problem recently, but half the time, the app doesn't even work!! what's the point of a banking app if i can't check my balance😧⁉️ incredibly inconvenient, and i sorely hope they fix it soon because it's very irritating.
4. I'm running it on OnePlus 9 pro and never had a problem before with any phone including this one.Usually love this app - have been an avid user for years and years - but some of these last few updates have made it unusable, at least on my (2 year old) phone.
5. 4/10 times I log in, I am unable to view my recent transactions when I click on an account or my calendar entries ("service currently unavailable"), so I can't tell what I've budgeted.
6. I get constant pop ups notifying me that the app is not responding when it is, and lately I've been sent to a screen saying the service is not currently available and logging me out.
7. However, the past 6 months or so, it hardly opens without an error message saying 🚫"the app is unavailable right now, try again later"🚫 There is really nothing to rate the app on if it won't open🤔 Sometimes I'll try 4-5 times in a row to try and access balances, deposits, or zelle.
8. Somehow PNC assigned me 2 different PINS and I've been unable to resolve the issue with customer service.
9. it's only been happening for a few weeks now, and fortunately it works when i need to deposit my checks.I've used this app for years and it's been great.
