1. Trying to open the link to be added to a family account? Too bad, that won't work either.Have been using this about a year or so for our oldest child and it's been great.
2. I cant pay for tasks as they are done, instead it has to be "in bulk" and none of the auto transfers work. It's a great app for me as the kid using it, however I think it would be cool if when making a specific savings goal you could choose for it to not let you take the money out until you've reached the amount of money you're aiming for- that way I wouldn't keep spending all the money I'm trying to save aha.
3. I gave it a few days worth of attempts, but the convenience of the service was not worth the inconvenience of the experience.I really want to like this app, but it's missing a major feature that several other people also mentioned in their reviews....you can't schedule chores on specific days of the week!? The app does say this function is "coming soon", but the last update was in August soooo what's the hold up? Other than that I really like it.
4. Sort of annoying but I'm sure thats easily fixable on their end. This app is great! It's easy for both me and my child to use, and being able to customize the card was such an awesome feature! I have one suggestion that would be great to possibly see in future updates: if there was a way to possibly add funds besides the parent accounts.
5. They have very slow updates on the app but the spend notifications rapidly go to your phone so its very weird that you have to open the app a few times in order to even see that you made transactions or added more money into the account.
6. I also find that balances change with no explanation so ensuring my children have enough money for things such as tram fares can be difficult, for example my daughter has just received her weekly allowance and the app is showing she has -&1.00. I added on a £1 and it then told me she has £9.
7. It works fine for my wife's iPhone, but when trying to open ANY link sent via email the link redirects to the play store app page without actually opening the app, and there's no button to open the app from the play store.
8. If I could've used an outside source to add money to the card (an atm, a banking center, etc) it would've been a tremendous help.An absolute nightmare of an experience.
9. BUT We recently added our younger child to the account, so I started adding tasks for her without realizing they were also being added to our older child's tasks.
10. It works well and looks great... But without daily tasks the chores function is pretty much useless.
11. Forgot your password? Too bad, the link they send to reset it has no idea how to even open the app its trying to open.
I would like to cancel my account but can’t seem to figure out how.
