Why should I report an Issue with Flyte: Investing for Under 18s?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Loved to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'll continue to give it a shot and hope they clean things up.Besides not being able to log in to the new app, an unauthorized transaction of $200 was taken from my bank and deposited into my daughters account.

2. (Bug adjusting "LovedID" where won't bring up keyboard, no way to set own Goals or delete existing default goals, weird text wrapping for long names, etc)Get out now if you can! Have money for my son in this, was told it's closing about a week ago.

3. Also when I got to update banking (It previously wanted me to put my bank's username and password in), it simply crashes and boots me out the app.I love the concept [see what I did there? :-) ] but the execution of the app just isn't great.

4. Site says you can move your money but all mine is locked out to sell it transfer, errors each time now crashes.

5. 1/10/22 Still unable to move any funds from Flyte to my bank account.

6. Told to press Close Account in the instructions when I asked about it, so i did, and still no status and the app has been crashing and can't see my son's funds.

7. I wish the kids have an ability to create an order (pending adult approval) and be able to place that order.

8. i.e. Being a new user, I tried setting a goal for my son, and once its confirmed,you can only stop future investments; the first investment is done.

9. You can also only link to 1 bank account.The user interface sucks.

10. This has been such an inconvenience :(Used to work great now I can't even get to the investment page without it crashing.

1. Fix Flyte Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flyte: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flyte App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flyte" » Open Flyte: Investing for Under 18s » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flyte » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flyte: Investing for Under 18s app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flyte servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flyte: Investing for Under 18s" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flyte app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flyte might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flyte. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flyte then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flyte not working

2. Fix Flyte Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flyte be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flyte not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flyte may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
