CRM Customer Insights

1. Trying to upload videos after the fact is painful as app does not remember view or folder you are working from and defaults to a grid view which doesn't show date and time the video was shot... then another freeze/ crash! I would like to give zero stars.Very good.

2. I find I rarely use the app as a lot of the time I just cannot do in the app what I want/need to do, and I have to do it via the browser.Excellent except for one major issue, the chat bot for getting help regarding the website is terrible.

3. Could do with a simple business card scanner to help with adding contacts.The app is not bad, but it does lack quite a lot of the features and abilities of the browser based version/UI.

4. There are some functions, however, that are not as user-friendly such as attaching files (which must be done one at a time, cannot upload multiple files simultaneously, i.e. pictures), and this can be time consuming and monotonous.

5. Wasted significant time trying to log in via SSO with the correct email and domain per my internal support team.

6. I want to be able to select in-person help the first time.Not enough functionality.

7. Be better if you could click into a person, do whatever, and return to where you were in the People list without having to scroll all the way down each time.

8. As a customer, I'd expect at least the same functionality as the desktop as it relates to major features or tabs.Terrible Experience.

9. Would also be nice if I could group my list of contacts by filter options (i.e. last name, address/city, etc).

10. When you enter the domain and click on the Login button, the app does absolutely nothing.

11. You can get a real person on chat but there is no quick option to select this.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CRM Issues

1. Fix CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CRM" » Open CRM Mobile: Pipedrive » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CRM Mobile: Pipedrive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CRM Mobile: Pipedrive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CRM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CRM not working


2. Fix CRM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CRM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CRM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CRM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi,

    I have been using both Hubspot and Pipedrive to test automation scenarios. As the cancellation journey is way more complex than the subscription one I did let the account run for 3 months while I was testing other tools.

    I requesting a refund for the few month with NO usage. Seems it is not possible.
    This is an issue and clearly a criteria for us to choose our tools.

    I would like to erase this account.
