WorldCard Customer Insights

1. Useless can't recognize Chinese.Poor name recognition, not that the characters not recognized, it's the name order not identified properly.

2. Poor address recognition, whenever an address is recognized, it adds "hk" at the next line (perhaps becoz I'm in Hong Kong), regardless there is also "Ho Chi Minh City" and "Vietnam" behind, these were never recognized by the software.

3. The name "Vijay Banga Manju", only have the first and last name recognized, but not the middle name.

4. For example a name "Nguyen Thi Thu Tam", only "Thu Tam" was recognized by the software.

5. only have the name of one side.

6. Lacking consistency when exporting a 2 sided card (bilingual) to VCF.
