WorldCard Customer Insights

1. I purchased WorldCard Mobile APPS in Year 2019 and it worked fine till Oct., 2021 Normally, it synchronized with my gmail contact from time to time but failed in Oct, 2021.

2. When I tried to synchronize, it was slow at first, down to 0.05%, 0.06% and then posted “Failed to sync” I tried to update the APPS but no update was found in the Google Play.Bought it and changed phones, reinstalled and they said it would transfer.

3. Now I change a new phone, Huawei Mate30 Pro (5G) and installed Google Playstore successfullly.

4. If that's the case refund my money and I'll uninstallproblems with gmail sync - doesn't work despite having just updated it.

5. It offered a refund but ...guys concentrate on the function, not contact domination!I paid for the premium app.

6. I can find all other app I used in the old phone but only cannot find Worldcard Mibile App.

7. However, I cannot find the Worldcard Mobile App from Playstore at all.

8. Help send solutions that didn't fix it & argued that I was doing it wrong.Not working after transferring to a new phone.

9. Now have to find alternative.Bought it and use it smoothly in Huawei P20 pro for nearly two years.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WorldCard Issues

1. Fix WorldCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WorldCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WorldCard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WorldCard" » Open WorldCard Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WorldCard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WorldCard Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorldCard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorldCard Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WorldCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorldCard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WorldCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorldCard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorldCard not working


2. Fix WorldCard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorldCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WorldCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WorldCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
