1. A huge waste of space and timeIt's much easier than going in person when it's storming out or to hot or cold I think the response comes back quick and it's very easy to use I think community action agency did a great job getting this app as an option for to ask for help then no one else has to know who you are except for them no waiting in line you can assist it from the privacy of your own home and if you're disabled you won't have to worry about trying to get to a location easier than setting up online appointmentsNew app needs tweaking: when typing numbers in, it acts up.
2. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and still closes out after I put state in and hit enter, the second page won't open.I filled out and sent in my info on time to receive assistance.
3. No point in having this app taking space if it's not working at all.It worked great for me and the staff emailed me if they needed any other info.
4. Other than that it's simple and I find it easier to use then having to go stand in line at the office risking exposure to covid and putting the nice employee at risk too.
5. Please contact or check with your local office after submitting the suggestion to confirm the app is still being usedOnce I downloaded this, I couldn't get past the first page.
6. Did not appear to make actual space, but 80% of the time had to hit the space bar to type next number.
7. Great app!Litt lite will not open for me after several tries it remains stuck! It is very frustrating.
8. I'm assuming it's no longer available or obsolete.I have not been able to get past the "choose state" screen.
9. I selected my state, clicked Enter and Im automatically sent back to here the App Store.
10. Had to hit the space bar first, then type 5.
11. I'm sure the app make it easier for them to use too.Worked fine first time but now it just closes the app.
