Transact Prepaid Customer Insights

1. How about you address this actual problem?? If I can't enter my password, why would changing it provide any solution?? Tried reinstalling, cleared cache, factory reset phone, website works but the app does not.Accidentally deleted my previous review, they still haven't fixed the issue and responded with the typical "send us a screenshot of your issue".

2. Worked great on old phone and still does so frustrated 😠 this needs fixing cus I can't access mobile checkout if I can't even log into the app!!! I'm pissed I have called transact emailed back and forth with a videoclip showing exactly how it loops around on the login screen and doesn't allow u to log in and they have yet to acknowledge there is even a problem.

3. Once I'd begun working again, I began using the Transact Prepaid Card to pay my bills! Oh they offer direct deposit too! Having the app is even better too! It saves the hassle of calling customer service about an issue.

4. Also the app is invasive, it wants full access to your phone, I dont trust, delete, bye bye, thank god for BBThereAppIsGoodNoBugs.if there was a zero I would rate it zero.. If you want to use this horrible prepaid service then you must be a person that loves to just give away money.

5. I sent a screen RECORDING of the issue (that dozens of people are having, since October at least.) If you're having the same can't login issue, search Google for "711 transact apk" download the 4.10.10 version.

6. Easy navigation and I now downloading it into my new phoneHonestly NetSpend is one of the greediest prepaids people if you want a good card use Amex Bluebird no monthly fee or atm fee and guess what, allows you to do mobil check depoist for free.

7. will NOT work any longer! I open it up click on Login, when I get to the login page it instantly pops back to the opening page!! I can't do ANYTHING!! NOT ONE SINGLE THING!!! Unless this can be fixed I can not give this App.

8. I've been using these cards for the past seven years when I stumbled upon them one day on a quick trip to a 7-11 store! Out of curiosity, I purchased one $2.95 card.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Transact Prepaid Issues

1. Fix Transact Prepaid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Transact Prepaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Transact Prepaid App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Transact Prepaid" » Open Transact Prepaid » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Transact Prepaid » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Transact Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Transact Prepaid servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Transact Prepaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Transact Prepaid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Transact Prepaid might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Transact Prepaid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Transact Prepaid then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Transact Prepaid not working


2. Fix Transact Prepaid Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Transact Prepaid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Transact Prepaid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Transact Prepaid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
