They will straight up lock that sucker down, which is good that they're looking out for your account..... but it takes a good hot minute to get it taken care of til you can have access to your funds.The app almost never works, it stays stuck on a loading screen with no way of actually telling if it is loading anything.
2. Also the website is no easier ... It's actually worse! :( I've been using this app for a while with no issues, so I'm a little confused and upset... It's important for me to be able to access my funds easily and seamlessly 😕It's, honestly, just not very flexible.

9. However, they definitely need to come up with a different solution if you try to use your card but keep getting the decline notice because you forgot your security code on the back.
10. There's an error message almost every day telling me to try again or that the "authentication ID" is in error ... I'm not sure what that means.... kind of frustrating.
11. Unfortunately, I will be switching to my own personal bank account instead of continuing with the paycard.Worse than bad.
Whom this may concern, I am having trouble transferring funds from one account to another in the app. Errors and authentication failure pop up every time I hit the transfer button and any other buttons. I do not know how to fix it so I hope you can help me with this.

I recently just got paid with my place of employment and HR says that everything is good on their end and then this card company says everything is good but where the fuck is my money???!!!!!!!
