I haven't had any issues, just trying to offer constructive criticism.Having troubles with the App's functional status; involving app's claim my mobile telephone's a "rooted" device (not previously); therefore prohibiting my opening it as usual when desired by myself.this app and even going into the page, always gives problems.
2. I were going to make my truck insurance payment which was $2,562 and card was not working I call them and they told me your credit limit is decreased $3000 to $1200.
3. I'll be going to 360 checking completely digital and cutting off my prepaid credit card! You've been ripping me off for years and I won't let that happen ever again.
4. be careful.I've had the app for at least 2 years and now it won't even open up on my phone I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it still won't open up, I've restarted my phone and it still won't open up I can't even look at my account any more through this app... So dissapoint not sure how else I can go about getting my information and paying my billDon't know if the app updated or something.
5. And never found a way to make a travel notice, which was my intent before that whole runaround.I paid my bill and credit card was for $3000.
6. It was working fine the other day and now it says both my password protected home wifi and mobile data are not secure.
7. it was really really big surprise for me and I couldn't pay my truck insurance because of this cheep company credit card.
8. I'll be closing my account friday morning after my direct deposit after being with your bank for several years.
9. Worked fine when I had fingerprint, then it wouldn't allow it and I had to put in my actual password.
10. But as soon as I logged out and tried again I immediately got an error message with my new password saying it was incorrect.
11. Also looks like their app for their actual bank stuff is doing the same thing.3 NSF fees.
