1. If I'm going to sign in within an Internet browser each time, it makes the app itself obsolete doesn't it?? Not understanding what the point of the app is at this point.This new updated app is so buggy and frustrating.
2. It doesn't load correctly (like the "ok" button only shows "o" and stuff like that), login doesn't always work, and today it's not showing my correctly updated balance and activity.
3. Was there a recent change done? I don't see the card locking feature anymore?App is very convenient and provides necessary details to track spending and loading.
4. As much time as it takes to launch the app and finally get where you need to go, you could have called the card number and found out the info faster!The recent updates make it impossible to even use biometrics or stay within the app.

I also like how it splits your purchases into categories and displays how you're spending your money, but it could be improved if it allowed you to make your own categories; for example, instead of making a large "retail" section, I'd like to split it into smaller groups like groceries or gas, etc.
6. I never would have noticed that I had unauthorised transactions or free subscriptions that have continue to charge my account if I didn't have an easy way to look at my balance or transaction information.
7. Only complaint I have is during the last week or so it hasn't been loading making it inaccessible.

The only positive thing I can really say about it is that it's in dark mode, which is my preference.I am going to have to agree with many of the reviews I have read, since the update, 1st of all, it no longer gives me notifications, I've checked several times and made sure everything is set to give me notifications but still nothing.
9. The home page loads but if I attempt to look into the transaction details, it starts to switch over but the circle continues to turn and the whole app just freezes.
10. They've been great with reimbursing me when appropriate as well as disputing the transactions that I didn't recognize was really easy and fast.
11. Other than that it has been ok, at least it does give me the correct dollar amount of what is availableIt won't let me navigate between screens and always freezes.
