Tried another tractaction .It worked one time and right back to customer caresucks! do not buy this prepaid card its total scam !!you are able to use this card at store not for any online transactions the customer service conducts a investigation of the buyer as if the person is a criminal or a fraud so it is something that net spend issuer and google play store should be aware of!App gives me a notification telling me the card is now google pay tap and pay compatible but when I try and set it up, it says this feature isn't compatible with your bank.Horrible horrible experience.

2. Is hard to Activate your Card, through the App.I would say they have the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with.

3. The mobile check load does not work and nobody has a clue as to when it will.

4. A lot of people get the card to begin with thinking that they can just load a check on this card and you can't.

6. It's obviously not an option in this app it's busted.You have to Activate your Card, over the Phone.

7. A loop of going round and round trying to activate my card.

8. First it wouldn't let me sign up.my card number was invalid.

9. The app acts as if it is purposefully stopping me from activating a check, by skipping a step and just sending to the home page after I accept the disclaimer.

10. That is not to mention how the CSR's kept transferring me back to the customer service line.

11. The app does not work and it has been the most frustrated experience.
