Why should I report an Issue with Bridge: Rent Rewards & More?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Edit: after finally reaching the cash out threshold from the card transactions since they never fixed the problem with the ads I get an email saying they're deactivating my account this app is a complete scam stay far away.Well had this app for about a month and finally had $10 to cash out, so I do, and in less than 12 hours, I get an email saying they cancelled my account with no explanation and it isn't reversible.

2. Still keeping the 4 star rating for the time being.Almost Perfect ... I use my Cash App card daily & was very disappointed when unable to add to my account.

3. Sounds like a great app and I have no problem changing my rating if this gets resolved and if I don't run into any other issues like others haveTheir emails are annoying, and I always require a code sent via text to log in to the app which incurs carrier fees.

4. The games and surveys arent worth my time (prolific and mistplay are better, respectively), but if you are here to watch ads for money, Bridge is the cream of the crop.

5. I wouldn't recommend getting this app bc as soon as you cash out anything they'll cancel you so they don't have to pay.Started out earning $10 in 2 days but it became increasingly harder to earn.

6. Some of the games are fun to play or I wouldn't even bother and would uninstall.I really don't think hosting Mistplay ads on your ad player is a good idea.

7. So if this is fixed and if I'm able to actually cash out when I get to the minimum then ill change my rating until then it stays 1 star.

8. Now, if I could only add my Cash App, 5 Stars would be yours !!!It says you can watch unlimited ads but now it's not working.

9. When I do, it takes me to the apps page on the Play store and it only has the option to open or uninstall, it doesn't say update (naturally of course since I just installed it).

10. I contacted support through the app when some games weren't paying out at all for a period of time, even though I played well over the required minutes.

11. I have a screen cap of only one occurrence, and the ads from them were fine at first, but every single ad I get from them now flashes the Mistplay logo as the ad plays- and I mean FLASHES.

1. Fix Bridge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bridge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bridge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bridge" » Open Bridge: Rent Rewards & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bridge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bridge: Rent Rewards & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bridge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bridge: Rent Rewards & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bridge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bridge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bridge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bridge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bridge not working

2. Fix Bridge Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bridge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bridge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bridge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
