1. Would love for my client to be able to make their own appointments, but no complaints so far!!!I am a older stylist and was really scared to try something like this (I've been a week at a glance appointment book girl for 48 years) but it has been so easy with this program and the support has been wonderful and immediate.

2. Thank you.Great app after using it for 3 years has worked great the only problem I am having now is the calendar isn't updating wellI have used several appointment book apps & this is not only the cheapest but super easy to use.

3. You have to transfer your contact list from your phone, one at a time.My client tell me often that they wish they could have the option to say if they are unable to make the appointment.

4. I've only been using it one week now, and I can't say enough good things about this program !! If I can do it so can you !There are a few things I don't care for in this app.

5. I don't like how on the month calendar, the date doesn't show how many clients you have booked for that day.

6. My clients love the conformation text they get & reminder text.

7. It would be nice if you can add a feature where clients can pay a retaining fee by entering their cc info and if there is no show card will get charged .

8. It could be just my preference but in my opinion.... I don't like how the app has clients going to a web site to confirm appointments.

9. I only gave 4 stars as I would like to be able to record product use by dates but for the price its a spot -on handy little App.

10. My clients receive them late into the evening, which feels very unprofessional.

11. I've only just begun to use the reminder facility but clients really like it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyCuts Issues

1. Fix MyCuts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyCuts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyCuts App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyCuts" » Open MyCuts - Business Booking App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyCuts » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyCuts - Business Booking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyCuts servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyCuts - Business Booking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyCuts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyCuts might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyCuts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyCuts then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyCuts not working


2. Fix MyCuts Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyCuts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyCuts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyCuts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
