1. Really useless and makes it unnecessarily hard for partners to quickly assist guests.I had tried to use this site to put my proper day of terrible customer service time the same day I put my property online to go laugh I called back to get some help it was impossible the language barrier and they call you back from US kingdom what shows up on the phone they tell you they'll call you back to confirm where you at and it's a language barrier it's terrible trying to get some help just to learn the app it has been a terrible experience with this company maybe because I'm a small busiMy listed property wont load, so whats the point? It is showing messages that I deleted from my computer so obviously doesnt sync.

2. Also I don't know why now we can only check our bookings of the past month and not before thatVery unprofessional, poor service.. I've done commission payment on 5th june and I'm receiving mails to pay them again.. unable to talk to customer care also.. so ridiculous service.... scamming app in hotel sector.. all of our earning should be spent on paying double commission.

3. Worst app worst business modelDreadful ...doesn't work ..what's happened to booking.coms customer services since covid it's diabolical...used to be great but not anymore .plus trying to get me to refund guests vcc after they had the villa for a week and departed ! Then telling me it's a software issue their side ...complete NightmareApp has problems now.

4. 3 customer service representatives have failed to call me back to help me as a host.The worst platform to get bookings with high commission and inappropriate GST.

5. For me, the main improvement needed is the automatic translation in different languages while you write a message in your own language.I get no notifications of new bookings from the app, no emails or guest message notifications.

6. No customer service or secured bookings.

7. Dont botherOne month since i added my property out 7 bookings only 2 were real all fake bookings and cancellations.

8. App also keeps on crashing and they are just adding up the commission for the bookings that were cancelled.

9. The partners need to look on it and keep a close watch as I have been paying for the no shows too.Decent app, can do better.

10. It gets stuck on the messages page and home button doesnt work.

11. Next to Airbnb for example, no comparison regarding navigation and how easy to find what you need.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pulse Issues

1. Fix Pulse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pulse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pulse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pulse" » Open Pulse for Booking.com Partners » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pulse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pulse for Booking.com Partners app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pulse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pulse for Booking.com Partners" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pulse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pulse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pulse not working


2. Fix Pulse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pulse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pulse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pulse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
