1. I gave it 3 stars because its often buggy and I wont receive notifications or won't be able to check in on the app which can affect your pay, if you are required to check in on PopBookings and depending on how strict the agency is.The app force closes ever since the last update.

But no luck In addition, to decline it apply for events, it's pointless, the first one might work, but then after, nothing really happens, you just see a flash of the window where it asks to choose yes or no but impossible to choose since it disappears.The idea is a great one but the app itself is terrible.

3. Currently .. having issues with constant force closing.The PopBookings app has never had a reputation for dependability or ease of use.

4. 2020 Update from original 2019 review.. No surprise, the app is still horrible and will not even open, it just has a blank white screen.

5. BUT, the tech support staff is incredible! They really go the extra mile to ensure that all questions are answered, and problems are resolved so u can move on.

6. Have needed to uninstall and reinstall twice to help resolve issues, but resolution does not last.

7. Seems every couple of weeks or so .. you'll be receiving emails and notifications of new stuff on your job board, but it won't actually show when you open it.

1. Fix PopBookings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PopBookings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PopBookings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PopBookings" » Open PopBookings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PopBookings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PopBookings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PopBookings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PopBookings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PopBookings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PopBookings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PopBookings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PopBookings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PopBookings not working

2. Fix PopBookings Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PopBookings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PopBookings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PopBookings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
