1. They really need to fix the bugs or get rid of it.Complete waste of time! The app doesn't remember logins (like it's supposed to), doesn't accept biometrics (like it's supposed to), won't send notifications (like it's supposed to), won't allow 2 people with a joint account to stay logged in on 2 separate devices without having to go through verification every time.
2. When HS/FFB/Premier became one, I wish a version of Home Savings mobile banking had been kept rather than this mess of an app.Personally I love being able to see my account online via my phone so app gets a huge plus just from that then when the app works the layout I very clean and easy to use.

I've had the same issue on multiple devices as well, so it's obviously not my device causing the issues.Never saves quick set-up, constantly having to log all the way in and requires a security code sent to my husband, then it asks for a phone number to enroll, so I put my number in...everytime...and it does nothing.
4. Makes you recieve a verification text and re enroll a phone number to online banking almost every time also.
5. I'm thinking it might be time to start keeping my money in another bank.This app is easy to use WHEN it works.
6. From transfers between accounts to mobile check deposits to searching for specific transactions, it was incredibly easy for every user.
7. Just an awful app...makes me want to consider finding a new bank with a more user-friendly app.App has been terrible for about a year.
8. It won't store your user name or password so you have to renter it each time you log in.
9. As a Home Savings customer, I was used to their clean, concise account display and the functionality of their app.

11. Don't bother setting up quick access or any other option it offers.
