1. Love My First Premier Bank Credit Card! They are a pretty good creditor and will work with their customers and they worked to help resolve any issue I ever had (which I only had a few, and some issues we're "User Error" meaning I messed up or didn't do something correctly) Considering my experience with this company, I would have to give a good rating and I do recommend applying.

This option could benefit you as I think that they would report 2 times to the credit bureaus.So, their customer service is terrible, their interest rates are high (mine is 36%) and their monthly service fees can range from $99 a year to almost $200 a year... even if your credit is pretty ok (mine's around 700).

I should check before spending it, but I work a lot, and forget.the app is very good for the most part and helpful I think there are some features that could be updated to improve or it seems that over the past month or 2 there have been more glitches within the app that I've noticed than in the beginning which I wish could be fixed or not occurring constantly.

4. and that's fusterating... it can take up to 3-4 days at times, my credit went down a whole 40 points because I kept trying to make payments, and they just wouldn't come out of my card.

1. Fix PREMIER Credit Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PREMIER Credit Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PREMIER Credit Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PREMIER Credit Card" » Open PREMIER Credit Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PREMIER Credit Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PREMIER Credit Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PREMIER Credit Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PREMIER Credit Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PREMIER Credit Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PREMIER Credit Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PREMIER Credit Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PREMIER Credit Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PREMIER Credit Card not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PREMIER Credit Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
