1. I enter my user ID and password and it sends me a security code to my phone, i enter it and a pop-up says "invalid user ID or password." It's the exact same thing i use for the website.. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing my password, and even going into a branch office for help to no avail.
2. I know it's time to "reset" when the app no longer saves my user name (even though the option to save my user name is always checked) and I have to get an authorization text (again) and enroll my cell number (again).
3. Never remembers my username and password, which makes me enroll in online banking and phone number every time I log in.
4. Not a good transition thusfar.I'll give this app a better review when the devs take the time to read and address the issues that other customers have mentioned in other reviews.
5. Having to do a text verification EVERY TIME, is where I uninstall, reinstall and repeat.Can't get into my account on the app.
6. This gets really frustrating especially when I need to check my account quickly.Half the time pending items are deducted already, half the time they aren't.

8. When I called the help number to complain I was told to just use the website to access my account.
9. (I went from in the green to way in the red, but no way to see when it happened) I have no way to select which accts I see in mobile (or online) banking, as i also have access to my mom's accts (why?).
10. The mobile deposit function won't focus on a check most of the time.
11. I have to receive a text code every time I log in now.
