I recommend severely limiting background usage, disabling location services, and when not actively using the app, going to "App Info" and "Force Stop App" every time it's not the active app on your screen.I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps).

Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is.
3. I'm old fashioned and computers terrify me, but this app made me look good!! My business has grown 60 percent in three years because this app frees me up to work in the field!Great app but with the recent update I am no longer able to see uploaded photos.
4. It is very user friendly and anytime I have had questions, Steve has been very responsive to get me taken care of.Before starting my business 3 years ago, my biggest concern/fear was paperwork, computer work and invoicing.

9. As soon as I reinstall it I click open...it comes to the log-in page, I enter my user name and password then the app minimizes and won't log-in.
10. All your expenses and profits are able to be recorded in program, which makes taxes a breeze at the end of the year.
11. But TCF keeps running in the background, has halved my battery life, and when I check logs I see crashes and only from TCF.
