I recommend severely limiting background usage, disabling location services, and when not actively using the app, going to "App Info" and "Force Stop App" every time it's not the active app on your screen.I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps).

Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is.

  3. Clear The Customer Factor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Customer Factor servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Customer Factor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Customer Factor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Customer Factor might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Customer Factor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Customer Factor then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Customer Factor not working


2. Fix The Customer Factor Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Customer Factor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Customer Factor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Customer Factor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
