1. Specifically, orders placed are now showing no product or price which means the tracking, profile, history, prices, and reports will be wrong in addition to the fact that I cannot send a receipt of any kind to my customers or keep a digital receipt for my records.

2. That said consultants beware! Always keep hard copies technology simply cannot be trusted!The app doesn't even load now! When it used to work, the idea behind it was great, but the search functionality and "back button" functionality are pretty terrible and need some work.

3. This app has GREAT potential, but I am still finding myself sending HUNDREDS of texts out to customers manually when I could be doing other income producing activities!Suddenly having issues.

4. When sending messages to customers, I would LOVE to send more than 2-3 lines of text AND I would like to send attachments and invoices.

5. These sorts of things only help our businesses when they actually work.This app needs a LOT of work! It would be GREAT if it could help out with taxes in some way.

6. The ability to request payment for product, connected via Propay, cash app, etc.I'm very disappointed in this app! When first downloaded it worked great.

7. Great idea but the load time was always really slow and now the app doesn't even open anymore.

8. Also, if it had a section to track expenses that would be perfect!Update: I still rate this as two stars because while it can be very helpful, now I can no longer send messages directly from the app.

9. It says that my phone does not have any messaging programs available when I have used it for years to send messages so I don't know why there's suddenly a problem.

10. I went into it last night and to my horror all of my clients where erased! Poof! Gone! Thank goodness I have hard copies of their orders.

11. It would be convenient to have an option to import a contact to your customers list, since you start with your friends and family usually anyway.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mary Kay Issues

1. Fix Mary Kay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mary Kay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mary Kay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mary Kay" » Open Mary Kay® myCustomers®+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mary Kay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mary Kay® myCustomers®+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mary Kay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mary Kay® myCustomers®+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mary Kay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mary Kay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mary Kay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mary Kay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mary Kay not working


2. Fix Mary Kay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mary Kay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mary Kay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mary Kay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
