1. After years I'm ready to drop this insurance over this horrible app.I can't create a new account and it doesn't allow me to hit forgot password this app is infuriating ever since it did that merge with the Kemper system it messed it all up.

2. The issue is that it automatically sends me to crate an account page after logging in.Horrible App!!! Recently downloaded app until I was forced to use after the old Infinity App stopped working.

7. My only design complaint is that during the payment screen, the zoom in and zoom out toggle is overlayed over the "pay now" button so I have to zoom it to be able to barely press it.

9. On moment the app says I owe a small payment and then next it's saying I'm behind for no paying the whole thing.
