1. I'd heard great things about working with Liberty Mutual, and had a good experience with getting set up, but I hope their customer service doesn't fall away once people are actually a part of it.When I first started using the right track app, it was going great.

2. It doesn't work on the website either, I've tried to address this issue over the phone and was told it would resolve itself and it hasn't!! It's getting annoying and frustrating!!!The fingerprint log in has never worked, which is annoying, but tolerable.

5. Just to save $47.00?? That's all!! 90 days of having to have my phone battery settings on highest possible, otherwise it won't record your trip.

6. 2/17/22 savings amount still haven't changed after my excellent driving also, when I'm not in a moving vehicle it say currently recording trip.

7. By the time app shows me my trips (a couple days to a week) I don't remember specifics of the trip (who was driving, specifically).

8. But the main issue is how it rates my performance: if a 10 miles trip has one imperfection in my driving - the whole trip and the perfect performance in the rest of itdoes not counting.

9. It was working well until the last 2 months!! Every time I try to view my billing it tells me "due to security purposes and lack of activity in 20 mins you've been logged off" I can't pay my bill or make any changes.

10. I have contacted liberty mutual 6 separate times over 30 days to explain the issue, and no action has been taken.

11. I am told to wait and that they are having account access issues.Haven been using this app for almost a year.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Liberty Mutual Issues

1. Fix Liberty Mutual Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Liberty Mutual: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Liberty Mutual App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Liberty Mutual" » Open Liberty Mutual Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Liberty Mutual » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Liberty Mutual Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Liberty Mutual servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Liberty Mutual Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Liberty Mutual app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Liberty Mutual might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Liberty Mutual. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Liberty Mutual then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Liberty Mutual not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Liberty Mutual be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Liberty Mutual not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Liberty Mutual may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
