1. I also have tried uploading a profile picture, but it gives me a red bar at the top (which I assume means error), but before I can read what it says, the app crashes.For people complaining about the app crashing, not working or error messages, uninstall and reinstall.

2. This has been the same way for a couple of years now.Keeps saying "something went wrong" have to uninstall reinstall, works for a day, then problem repeats.

1. Fix WorkTango Employee Experience Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WorkTango Employee Experience: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WorkTango Employee Experience App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WorkTango Employee Experience" » Open WorkTango Employee Experience » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WorkTango Employee Experience » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WorkTango Employee Experience app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorkTango Employee Experience servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorkTango Employee Experience" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WorkTango Employee Experience app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorkTango Employee Experience might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WorkTango Employee Experience. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorkTango Employee Experience then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorkTango Employee Experience not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorkTango Employee Experience be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
