Customer service provider has told me " you will receive text messages for your problem but I have not received any messages or any response yet.Don't be install this app becaus it's not going to work on your device.Always see the error"registration failure"........Jazzz is becoming now useless network...On mostly devices it's not working..useless app as well it's internet services ...going to change my network now ...When you complain about network issues including speed and coverage, they shamelessly tell you by an automated message that no other user complained about the issue.

Improve jazz improve.Very bad app many time install and uninstall y The app but still show the message registration failed and many time help line call still no response and call centre staff no technical knowledge about issue some agent say jammer issue and some agent say issue in your area highlight work on progress so i thing staff totally provide the bad service s to the customer.

The biggest cellular network, highest data rates and poorest services.I have reported so many times about bad network issue but after a long time jazz contacted me but the issue is still pending nothing happens,now after my complain the network 4g speed is worst i have followed the instructions of person who contacted me,but network speed gradually is slowing down day by day.
4. I have been the Customer since 2001 but now thinking to change my network.I wish there could be a minus rating provision in play store, very pathetic app just to (zaleel) the customers.
5. Very very very bad metwork and staff.Very third class network is becoming jazz.. Used to be a good network but now a days its just stealing money by its packages but nothing working.
