1. Horrible interface.The video worked well but there was a triple echo in the audio so couldn't hear more than the first 3 words of everything said.Its hit and miss at best pretty much worthless unless you want strangers accessing your camera mic and record videos of you.

2. After denying all permissions everything went back to normal.Video didn't appear for the meeting host, video from my phone looked like a blind man's paintings it was compressed to some hell below 240p.

3. Set up was easy and when i inevitability did lose signal it took only a couple seconds to reconnect by just clicking the link i was sent by the adjuster via text message.

4. Easy, convenient way to submit damage to insurance company.The camera hardly worked.

5. Now i know why the adjuster kept reffering to the app as "his replacement" its definatly good, but not that good.Pros: - Easy to use straight forward interface.

6. It worked great for me tonight on my walmart special LG stylo 4! Impressive considering i was in a basement in the middle of nowhere with maybe one bar of cell signal standing outside.

7. Dropped connection but no notice so wasted time thinking it was sending video when it wasn't.

8. Cons: - Didn't hold connection despite good connectivity.

9. Have full bars and good internet.This app freezes and asks for pictures to be uploaded again that are already there.

10. Tried to do video insurance assessment.

11. Loaded camera insurance could not hear me my mic cut out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OneXperience Issues

1. Fix OneXperience Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart OneXperience: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the OneXperience App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OneXperience" » Open OneXperience » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OneXperience » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear OneXperience app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OneXperience servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OneXperience" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check OneXperience app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OneXperience might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall OneXperience. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OneXperience then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OneXperience not working


2. Fix OneXperience Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OneXperience be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OneXperience not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OneXperience may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
