1. I've done that 50 times still no appI'm able to do just about everything from my mobile banking app that I'd normally do in person! It's easy to use and saves a lot of time! The mobile deposit feature is a little glitchy, but not very often.Tried logging in today, 09/14/21, however unsuccessful.
2. I uninstalled and re installed it but no luck...hope this gets fixed soonWas working fine.
3. I hope it gets fixed soon or I'll have to switch credit unions bc I need the app option.The apps was good until it updated.
4. If i had to guess, probably has to do with the fact that they created a new app forcing old one to be shut down...This app was working just fine, and I was happy with it.
5. Save your memory.This app was working great until I uninstalled it, reinstalled it on 12/24/21, and it stopped working.
6. They broke something that wasn't broken.I have also used this app for about 7-8 years or so, and can no longer access it, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
7. Then it worked for a couple weeks till recently it just gives me an error on the login page of the app.
8. I loved that they used a text method safety feature of sending a log in number to my phone to log in.
9. I called in and they told to just keep uninstalling and reinstall until it works.
10. I've sent an email, and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app again.
11. Please fix.I've been using this app for 3 years with no problem, loved it.
